ARTIST MANAGEMENT

As a talent manager, John Regna has guided the professional career of celebrity artists in various areas of the entertainment industry. Although his entertainment practice started in July of 1971 as a concert promoter and talent agent, it was not until 1974 that he entered the realm of artist management by working with certain recording artists in the field of Rock and R&B.

Mr. Regna’s current clients are artists in the fields of music, acting, theater, songwriting, literary and various areas of family entertainment. However, his primary focus has been in the fields of music and family entertainment. His responsibility has been to oversee the business architecture of his clients careers – and to advise and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions which may affect their career.

For those clients he manages, he has the authority to stimulate offers, conduct negotiations, make deals, establish a variety of connections with producers, promoters, event planners and others who would purchase and contract the services of his clients.

Mr. Regna guides and directs the clients in a variety of strategies to increase their employability. The relationship with his clients is not only to establish and maintain a career but to increase employability. As is mandated in this profession, Mr. Regna’s goals are to elevate his clients’ personal and public brand in the job market to seek the most rewarding opportunities.
